Frequently Asked Questions

ARE RENTALS INCLUDED WITH MEMBERSHIPS?

Rentals are not included with the Standard Membership. Rentals are included with the Premium Membership. You are welcome to bring your own skates, blades, or scooters from home. We offer rental skates, blades, or scooters for $3.00.

Can I cancel? Is there a cancellation fee?

You can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees. You will not receive a refund for any days remaining on your membership.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR TODDLERS ON THE PASS? wHAT ABOUT ADULTS?

All participants must pay, no matter the age. Spectators are free. We do offer a toddler day pass, which is $5.00. You can choose to pay for the toddler each time you visit, or add them as a member on your account at the regular rate.

WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATE?

All memberships activate immediately after purchase. You can use them the same day you purchase them.

Can I purchase A Pass Or Membership In Store?

You can purchase memberships online or in store.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MONTH-TO-MONTH AND 4 MONTH MEMBERSHIP?

A 4 month membership is automatically billed every 4 months at a discounted rate because you’re paying more up front. Month-to-month is billed every month.

How often can I use my membership?

There is no usage limit. The only usage restrictions are time related. Standard memberships must pay an upgrade fee for special nights, like throwback Thursday, Freestyle Friday, and Disco Saturday Night.

How Do I setup My PasS OR Membership?

As soon as you finish checking out, you will be active in our system. When you visit for the first time, we will take account photos and provide you with your membership card.

How do I downgrade, upgrade or cancel my membership?
